Alvin’s professional aptitude was great. He is punctual, patient, and good listener. He gave me the space to look in any houses in my own way first (which I preferred to do), and then he would suggest or ask and discuss about each house and gives appropriate advice, if needed, on timely manner. Having a narrow window of time to look for houses, he mapped the location of each house properly and made it effectively and efficiently. It was also great that he was open and knowledgeable to various topics to talk about.
